I was actually thinking of getting new lugs, I've had these rays for a while now. Still waiting to see a few prices though...

If only I had a front bumper + sides, my car would look worlds cleaner

well, that and washing it

Are the rays short? I'm running on stripped-paint autozone lugs right now... more paint comes off every time I take the wheels off so if you're willing to sell them I'll take em. I'm not too sure how blue lugs would work on my car though...

Some better phone pictures...

In the pics it still looks like it needs to go lower, but I've started bending **** (see other thread) and now that I'm driving to work every day I scrape too many speed bumps to go any lower.

I do wish I could go lower in the front though

EDIT ~ Argh the more I look at the pics the more I despise the speedbumps in the entranceway to work...

EDIT ~ EDIT ~ **** the speed bumps... I'm going lower this weekend.

It's white, dude... that means it's ALWAYS dirty.

Break given...

Gah, extended blue lugs definitely wouldn't work on my car

How the hell do you guys manage yourselves on speedbumps? I want to lower my stock RX8 and slap some wheels on it. I can't even manage to go over the narrow but tall speedbumps at my college campus with two passengers without scraping the underside of my 8 at 0.0001 MPH. I'm tired of driving a a 4X4 RX8 but I also don't want the underside to look like a rusted VeeDubb ratrod within a week of lowering it.

Hmm... those must be really tall speed bumps. With only an stech drop i havent scraped/scratched anything in over a year of driving. Im sure when i get my coilovers on soon ill bump a bit more. You gotta remember to go at the bump, curb, ramp, etc diagonally. Full on diagonal so that your wheel hits the bump first, then turn so your bumper goes over the bump AFTER the wheel has gone up the bump.

The road through my campus is a two way road with one narrow lane on each side. The side of the road is pretty much dirt and trees, basically a country road. The speed bump is about a foot in wide and the length stretches from one end of the road to another. We have quite a few of them throughout the road. I am not sure of the height but it's a bitch. The speed bumps are so narrow, it won't help if I go at an angle because the part that scraps is the middle of the underbody between the wheels. This is why I don't have any passengers in the car or heavy items in the trunk when I'm traveling through campus, and THE reason why my car isn't lowered .

When I see speed bumps or dips, I put the car in reverse and find another way. Inconvenient but it's part of it; maybe I won't have that trouble after raising my car, lol.

It's impossible to have a way around those damn speed bumps at my campus. Someone thought it was necessary to put a freaking speed bump every 200ft on the two main roads from beginning to end. I have to go through speed bumps just to enter the parking lot. Dammit, I'm going to take some explosives to those things one day.

They fortify the parking lot at work with them... I can't get to a parking spot without going over 5 speedbumps. There is a 6th one, but it's only half a speedbump so I can avoid it.
