Heres a picture of the fitment. Yes they're Varrstoen 3.3.1. Still need to go in for an alignment though. Just finished chopping off bits of the bumper/liner/etc. Will be going a bit lower as well.

You really dont need to pull/flare that much. I kinda overkilled it and started pulling since it was still rubbing after folding the lips in. Never really bothered to look where it was rubbing.

To fix it, had to remove the signals, fold in the fender/signal brackets, and trim the bumper. I have yet to create a custom method of installing the signals.

As for the rears, you definitely have to fold in the lip. You also need to remove/relocate the bumper tab, and fold that in as well. TBH, I wish i did it right the first time. A pull/flare isnt really required, but it all depends on how much camber you're willing to run.

And to think all these years I have been trying NOT to hit the girl wearing a short skirt on a windy day. You are totally supposed to bump her.

I'm on H&R springs and my car is pretty low.

Not everyone wants the harsh ride of high spring rates you get associated with coilovers, nor has the money to drop on expensive coilovers that do yeild a decent ride for street.

I'm assuming he didn't preload properly or perhaps even got some Tein knock-offs.
Try loosening the bolts again and drive around the block. Come back and tighten it up.

My method of preloading is to loosen the arms, drive onto the alignment rack and jounce the suspension several times before re-tightening the arms. Works like a champ!
Alternatively, putting a floor jack under the knuckle and re-tightening is the most practical solution.

I like how you all say pre-load when essentially it is just unloading the suspension.
