Won't Start After Storage
Stored my 05' 94000km for the winter, took out the battery and added fuel stabilizer. Went to start it today and it turned over but it was a higher pitch (see video). I changed the coils @ 83000km and plugs @ 91000. If its something minor I can do it myself but I don't know what the problem is, any insight would be appreciated.

I tried starting it twice in the video, once with the window closed (can't hear much) 2nd with the window open so you can hear it trying to start.

It is very difficult to hear exactly what's going on from the video, but I'm not sure I can hear any compression rhythm. Does the starter appear to be engaged and turning the engine (as opposed to just grinding on the ring gear)? If so, and you think it sounds higher pitched than normal, your compression might be down. If your apex seals were marginal prior to storage, and they lost oil film during storage, this may be the reason for loss of compression. I've had this happen in pistion engine rings before, and I restored compression by adding a bit of oil to the cylinders. Not sure if apex seals can "go dry" in storage in a similar way, but maybe.
First, confirm that the starter is actually spinning the engine at a reasonable RPM. If it is, but there is little compression rhythm, try adding a bit of ATF to the chambers :

This *might* help get the car started if the problem is compression related, however this would be indicative of bad apex seals.

I would be curious to know why the car would be flooded just from sitting a few months. If it is, that would be symptomatic of another issue (bad coils/wires/plugs, weak battery/starter, or low compression).

I agree with Pete and disagree with the flooding comments. This is most likely a sticking seal issue, not a flooding issue.
Though if there is another root cause, you can cause a flood if it won't start, so it's possible that it will become both.

was definitely flooded, I performed the de-flooding procedure ( removing fuel pump fuse and air pump then cranking for 5secs and waiting for 5 secs for a minute) took 3 tries but she started and is running fine now, thanks for the help every1 :D
