Wont idle with maf connected-new rebuild

When the car starts right up, but won't idle with the masf connected. It'll fire up and immediately jump to around 2500, then immediately drop to 0 and shut off.
If I pull the connector to the maf, it'll startup and idle at like 3000rpm.
I checked the coils-they're firing as they should.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?

I don't know other than maybe vacuum lines aren't hooked up right.
Do you have a stock intake?

No check engine light. Tomorrow I'm gonna get a obd reader and see if anything going on in there might point me in the right direction. I may also pull the upper intake manifold and triple check the vacuum connections.

Some suggestions:
Major vac leak , p1 injectors mixed with p2 or one not firing , Coolant sensor not connected , maf wiring or maf tube setup jacked.

I tried swapping the maf with the tube and airbox with my other working rx8-same issue.
I'm gonna check the injector wiring though. Is there an ez way to check individual injector firing?

The rear primary 1 and rear primary 2 were swapped. Not it'll idle, but it hunts. I'm assuming the computer just needs to lean to fix that?

This morning it's back to what it was doing before .. It'll fire up and immediately jump to around 2500, then immediately drop to 0 and shut off.
