Not likely....
Get it installed, with a warranty.

It isn't likely to flood, because it cranks till it sees the engine firing properly.

You will need an add-on module for the chipped key.

i have the add-on module
but mazda people said that because of my auto-start the spark plug will not fire... ?

yes, it will be fine. I have a manual with auto start and works fine.
