hi all, noticed recently that the vaccum line to my VFAD solenoid is broken,

have ordered a new solenoid valve, but what should i do in the mean time?
should i zipper tie up the Vaccum line?

i'm sssuming with that line broken it wont operate one of the air admittance valves?

 

I left mine open for a while and didn't notice a difference. The one way check valve in the line was burnt too, no difference.
Push a golf tee in the end as a temporary plug.
