my idles that way to but its because i have a bad neutral switch, its been taken care of by the dealer, nothing big

 

My car is doing this to, How do I fix it. Is it the mafs or the tps my car is doing it in the morning it surges from 1.5 - 2000rpms and doesn't stop until I drive it to running temp

 

Could be neutral switch.

Do a search on surge or idle surge

if you push in the clutch and it stops it is likely the neutral switch.. it will throw a code after while.

I have also heard a faulty natural switch I had a CEL for it once and nothing changed when I took it in to the dealership, About a week later another CEL popped up and the dealership said it was do to a bad gas cap seal, they replaced it. The reason I say these issues is because both times the CEL popped up I thought it was because my idle did the same as your Jedi, does your stop bouncing when you push in the clutch? Anyways my car has stopped bouncing like that since they replaced the gas cap, seems odd but yeah...GL with figuring it out cuz it annoyed the hell outta me (it stopped only 2 days ago for me now).

...guess I didn't see the fact that he had got it fixed. :/
