Today while driving I noticed that my vents just stopped working.. I tried pushing the button to change vent settings but nothing happens. I can hear my blower motor coming on but no air coming out anywhere. Anyone know anything on this?

 

Never mind.. Went outside and for in my car to head to work and it is working again.. Weird.. Happy w heat for now

 

Glad it's working, but on a my last car, I had a similar issue. It turned out to be as simple as the Cabin Air Filter needed replaced. It didn't show any symptoms before just not blowing air. If it stops working again, that's the first thing I'd check.

 

Should this happen again, if you are referring to your vent selection (where it switches from defrost to primary dash vents) - I would take off the front stereo cover, work my way down to the HVAC ***** and make sure that the solder is in tact. It may be that it needs resoldering.

It's all good man.. I swapped my rx8 and 06gsxr 750for a 350z 05 6spd w lots of mods.. My friend bought it new and has babied it all its life so I know it'll be a great car.. Only has 47k miles.. Rotary isn't for me
