AZ Turbo no good?

Hey all I am new here and do not know a lot about turbos.... I recently purchased a new Greddy turbo kit and had it installed on my rx8. Got a call from the shop and they told me the turbo is no good. They started the car and it started smoking a lot of white smoke and also has oil inside the exhaust. I also found oil in and around the BOV. This Turbo kit has had no use at all.... Is it the turbo?

That actually was the only fix the mechanic tried... If there are many fixes for this kit I hope that one works on my car. What a bummer. So would be able to offer some guidance on what to try???

get a hold of charles with a PM, he'll get you going down the right path.

I would also suggest doing some searches around here in the major horsepower section.. you'll see all the things people have done to make the greddy really work

Hard to imagine that they blew the seals on the first start up but stranger things have happened . The oil restrictor is an essential fix .
