Trouble Starting when the engine is warm

Alright so im new here but not new to working on my RX8. So the problem I have and would like to see what everyone else thinks is that after warming up the car and/or driving it, when I shut it off its very hesitant on starting back up. I have 120000 miles. I just replaced the spark plugs, pulled out the fuel pump and cleaned the pump sock, added fuel conditioner, and also had a big project cleaning the SSV valve because of a P2070 code. What Ive come up with is one of two things. Either its the catalytic converter or the fuel injectors. I really dont have much else that I havent replaced. Any help guys?

Ya the coils were replaced about 15-20k ago but I havent messed with the wires. they seem to put out good voltage so i didn't replace them. The motor was also replaced about 25k ago

The motor was replaced because if poor compression, I took it to the dealership and it was under warranty. This is the third engine installed under warranty.

You need to properly diagnose everything. Just because stuff was replaced not too long ago doesn't mean it can't be bad. Search on how to properly test the coils, wires, etc. And you cleaned the fuel pump sock but how many miles are on the pump? If it's 120,000 then you should replace it.

Check the engine troubleshooting section of the FSM

And 15-20k what ?
Voltage
Astronomic Units
Hectares?
Cubits?

Use a HEI Coil ignition tester, Team RX8 has a writeup somewhere

15000 to 20000 miles ago.

I have a set of new coils and plug wires ordered and on the way so ill start there. Im guessing the coils aren't working well after warming up. After that I will probably end up getting a new fuel pump if it still proceeds. Thanks for you input guys, ill keep you all updated.

Even though the engine was done realatively recently, this does sound like a typical 'hot start' low compression issue. I'd get it checked. A blocked Cat certainly wont help though and the engine would find it harder to breath so that may just be what needs replacing.
