VA Strange short, Headlights will turn the cluster on/ anything on IG key 15amp fuse

TLDR: Donated my fender liner on the passenger side to summit point, next thing to get eaten was the wire harness to my low beam. all the wire sheaths were stripped causing this pretty crazy, any very annoying issue of the crossover

So about a month ago was at a track day, finish up to load the car in the trailer, shuts off as i'm backing out. Blows the IG Key 15amp fuse. I noticed the other day when i start the car the headlights come on (odd its a base 04 6spd).

So now if the lights are on, and you take the key out, the car will stay running.

Also if you turn the headlights on (not parking lights) everything in the car comes alive (from what i can tell everything on that IG key 15amp fuse) to include the full cluster, ecu, you can also hear all the relays and everything in the engine bay turn on.

Very odd. So what i'm guessing is something between those two sub harnesses has rubbed together and one is powering the other, What doesn't make sense is why that fuse only seemed to blow in reverse backing out of a parking spot. Up until yesterday the car ran great, on a way to a meet there was some spark or fuel issues, i think related to this core issue.

So any ideas of where this short can be? Do any of the 8 gods know where these sub harnesses physically come close to each other and can help point me in the right direction?

Notes on the car of merit, its an 04 6spd running and adaptronics. None of the core wiring (even fogs) have been touched from factory. Minor wire changes I have done is just for the wideband and flex sensor grounding. No wiring in the car I have touched (2nd owner) first did not seem to be the type to dick with anything the car was bone stock and maintained by a local mazda dealer.
The day of the first issue with that fuse, car was working fine all day, did some pretty compressed sessions on the track, 80 degree day where i'd be 30mins on the track 30mins off, for 4-5 sessions, car did not overheat or show any issues of performance.

Diagrams http://www.rotaryheads.com/PDF/RX8/13Electrical.pdf starting on what i think page 28-30 has what we are talking about. Mind you i'm pretty terrible at these kinds of issues.

Sorry for the wall of text, I wanted to try to convey to the best of my ability what has been done thus far. Thank you all in advanced

Alright, well found the issue. Looks like when i donated my right side fender liner to the Karussel at Summit Point Shenandoah Circuit my tire decided to eat the **** out of the harness leading to the low beam on that side. Separated all the wires and issue resolved. Guess i need to go snip and rewire in that connector.

This can be closed. If anyone can think of better tags or think this is good info please let me know how I can make this better. I can't believe i found nothing on this problem from talking to a bunch of 8 people and searching for days.
