Car won't start, electrical issue

All right here we go
Fitting new wheels on the car and the passenger headlight harness got stripped into the next century
Didn't realize as I was test driving checking for rub and such but when I pulled into my driveway I went full lock and I'm sure it shorted the harness
Either way, my passenger side headlight died and then the rest of my car followed
Wrapped up the exposed wires and now
Putting the key in makes the buzzer go off but that's it, no dash lights and my obd2 won't connect.
Did some searching and got nothing related, fuses are all checking out fine
Any ideas as to a next step? The only functions I have are the ones on the key fob, horn, and headlights (all half of them)

When you say "fuses are all checking out fine" does that include the IGN KEY fuse? If that blows, you won't get dash lights but dome lights and such will work.
