Starting problem after refueling

Starting problem after refueling
The past few times I bought gas for my car, when I go to restart, the engine cranks but will not start. I have to use the deflooding start procedure before it started - had to crank about 10 to 15 seconds at least 3 tries. The engine was warmed up each time and once it was after driving for over an hour.
Any thoughts or anyone else experience this ?

It's a 2005 with about 70km. All OEM.
Had first flood about a year ago, plugs removed , cleaned out dried out.
2nd flooding this year, had plugs replaced and everything else blown out.
Oil change as per maintenance manual and use 91 octane fuel.
Car starts fine after usually 3-5 sec crank. After stopping for gas, car cranks but will not start even after 10 secs. Turn off car. push accelerator all the way down and crank for over 10 secs - no start. Release accelerator, crank for over 10 secs, release and then crank again -starts after 10 sec crank.
This is the flooded start procedure that works but cannot be flooded as car is warm and the gas station is 20 km from my home.
