Stage 4 clutch for DD use?

My clutch seems to be on it's final breath.

(already replaced the clutch pedal bracket since it was cracked as well...PS I have a nicely welded/reinforced pedal for sale if anyone is interested).

Does anyone have a Stage 4 clutch and use it on their daily driver? There is one on here for sale, but searching has given me the impression that it is harsh and should really be used only for track.
I don't track it and drive it about an hour per day.

Thanks!!

I highly highly highly advocate just sticking with an OEM clutch. It can handle more torque than the N/A Renesis can ever deliver, it fits perfectly, it will last 90,000 miles+ if driven properly, and it's easy on the foot/leg. It is $380 shipped from BHR.

Going with any aftermarket clutch is going to increase harshness, typically decrease lifespan (dramatically in some cases, like the error prone Exedy Stage1), and doesn't to jack for your performance unless you are already dumping $10k+ on forced induction.

yeah, I have no serious power mods - the stage 4 ACT is 100$ shipped so it's really tempting in that aspect.
hmmm decision decisions.

If is not sprung do not even consider it for the street. Especially if you ever drive in bad conditions. Stop and go, rain, snow, ice.

In my opinion, the OEM style one is fine. It is what I installed when I replaced my transmission.

I have a slightly used Stage 1 (took it out when i had the trans out) i will let go pretty cheap. it did not have any of the failure issues. I think I used it for a little over a year, I just did not like the heavy clutch pedal. i thought it was noisy, but after I changed the clutch and the transmission, the noise is still there.

PM if you are interested.
