ok, around the mounting points or rather where the spoiler meets the trunk lid, its starting to bubble on the one side.

easy way to fix it , is to remove the spoiler and get it before it becomes the nasty R word.

problem is, i know there is gaskets but the places i found dont show or give any info on them. Anyone know or have the numbers? something id like to get done asap. thanks.

 

Factory spoiler? It's more like foam tape. If it is starting to get messed up, just buy some foam tape and cut it to shape.

 

its not the foam, the paint is bubbling. So only way to really fix the issue before rust starts is to re-paint the deck, and to do it right, Spoiler needs to come off. Mazda dealer online states there is 3 gaskets but doesn't sell any, hince the reason asking for them.

 

I have the same issue on the right side. What side is yours on?

 

its bubbling on the left (driver side) and on the right side as well but its already broke threw to the deck lid, right now i have a small area that i primered to stop it from rusting out the deck lid. I had it qouted $325 to repaint the deck lid, so im just waiting for funding to clear up so i can do that before it gets any worse.
