Sounds like clutch bearing

Sounds like clutch bearing

I was parking the car in the shop after work and heard this ticking. Here's the link for the video

Is it my throw out bearing or is it something new. The whining from the clutch has been there since I got the car.

yup, thats your throw out bearing. If its high mileage I would replace the clutch at the same time, since you have to pull the trans off to get to it. I have seen a few throw out bearings come out in pieces, mine looked like this

I only have 31000kms on the car and I bought it with 18000kms so unless the guy who owned it before me really sucked at standard what would cause that.
