Does anyone have a diagram or pics of how to take apart and reassemble the secondary air pump? I was having loud hiss coming from it on cold startups and i decided to take it apart and clean it.

Only problem im having now is that im not 100% sure i put it together correctly (i know stupid move, dont take something apart if you dont know how to put it back together.) I put in the bearing at the bottom and the rest of the silver discs and it fit fine im just not too sure if thats how i took it apart.

My car runs fine but so far i havent started it cold yet to see if the air pump activates on cold start.

ps. I did search but only found how to remove and reinstall the air pump nothing on how to disassemble/reassemble it.

 

No one? Well anyway i cold started my car this morning and got a CEL. Pulled the codes and i got p0410 and p0300.

Secondary air injector system fault and Random misfire. The car runs fine and im not feeling any misfires but that may be from when i seafoamed my engine the other day i might have fouled the plugs so im planning on changing those soon along with the coils and wires.

So I know the air pump isnt functioning correctly i guess im gonna have to take it off and give a second look at it.
