Seatback and Seatbelt TSB

Has anyone actually taken their car in for the TSB for replacing seatbacks and/or belt housings because of the nicking on the side of the seatback? If you have, can you please tell me what exactly is the difference in the new seatback and belt housing? I stopped by a dealership and checked out some 2005's side-by-side with my car and I couldn't see any difference at all.

I tried and they told me I have the new part already. Guess the new part doesn't work either because my seats are still getting all scratched up by the belt

I was eligible for both replacements based on my VIN. The dealership actually ordered everything for me and called me when it arrived but my service-writer could not tell me how the parts are different (he never even called me back like he said he would). All he told me is it would take almost full day to do because they have to drive my car to some outsourced shop or whatever. Doesn't sound right to me but if true, I could imagine them fu**king my car up driving to some chop shop run by teenagers who will then proceed to fu** my car up even more. So I compared mine with some 05's on my own and couldn't tell any difference. I've decided not to have the replacements because I don't want some dipshit taking out my seats and scratching my car up.

I took my car in and mentioned this to them, they said they would order it and call me. Never did, so I asked about it maybe a month later, they said Mazda produced a bunch, shipped them, and then found they made them wrong, had to send them all back and re-manufacture them. They said they'd call when they came in, haven't called yet. This all happened back in Nov/Dec can't really recall.

So I guess it's a -whenever thing-
