the seat belt is jammed, it's out of a wreck

thats it I bought a seat belt off a car wich had his air bags deployed , I know there is a detonation device to put tension on the belt when ever air bags are being deployed but does it make the belt unusable once it blows up? I dont know if the explosive stuff is blown or not and I don't feel like putting direct current to the connector. If it would be blown would the belt be completely blocked? Is there anyway to unlock it?

Talking They are "used"....

Seat belts are a "use once" item - they are only good for one crash....

However, if you crack open some shotgun shells, you can re-pack those airbags, see my DIY!

Check the resistance of the connectors and PM me the result...I can compare it to the value of a new one and see if it is the same.....might work.

I would expect that if the airbag deployed...the belt tensioner would have as well...and you are **** out of luck.....
