Hi everyone. Is there a way to re lock a key. What I mean is my drivers side lock is different from the passengers side and the rest of the car. So, is there a way for the lock on the drivers side to be reconfigured to fit the key that works on the rest of the car. I can get a locksmith to do it for $200, but I'd rather do it myself. I would appreciate your help.

If a locksmith can do it you likely can....if you have the tools, parts and know how to do it.

$200 isn't bad considering what you have to do to actually do it
