Lately I have noticed that when I am accelerating quickly and are in the hight RPMs of 3rd gear (5900 - 7000) there is a rattleing noise (automatic trans) Does anybody know what that is? It is a little bit scary. The car only has about 1200 miles on it.

 

i am having the same problem, i have about 15000 miles on my car. does anyone know what that is????

 

Mines making noise also?? On fast accelerations too

 

Mine seems to make a buzz/rattle type sound at about exactly 6000 RPM in any gear (6 speed). I always just assumed this was normal since it goes away after I get above 6000. I'd be interested to learn what it is though.

 

Me two!!!!! it makes a semi rattle, i took it to the dealership and they said something might be loose.....what is it?
