is that black rubber line suppose to hook onto anything? i was removing my intake today to clean the MAF and it caught my attention. theres no nozzles or other rubber lines around it, except for the one that runs from the throttle body into the intake duct.

 

Coolant tank overflow line. If you're wise, you'll get a longer one to run all the way down to the bottom of the car, otherwise, if it vents coolant the antifreeze ends up on the electric power steering connectors under the airbox tray, corrodes them and you lose your steering.
