Problems with rattles.....

Hi. I seem to have two particular problems concerning rattles in my car and was wondering if anyone else has had these problems. I've tried searching, but nothing came up as well.

The first rattle seems to be coming from underneath my car from the passenger's side. It sounds like a metal can and lid sound when I go over really bumpy roads. I'm not sure if it's part of the exhaust, but it appears to be near the middle-rear of the car underneath (if that makes any sense). It doesn't occur often, but it happens on badly paved roads.

Secondly, I seem to be also having problems with plastic rattling sounds coming somewhere behind the coin-box compartment next to the steering wheel. I brought it to the dealer and they tried tightening the wires, but it's still there. Also, it's most noticeable when going over uneven freeways and is frequent on local as well. Any thoughts? It's driving me nuts.
