Hi guys just wanted to ask a someone if they could please help diagnose this problem for me before I take my car to Mazda. The power steering light is on and there is no assisted steering so I cleaned all the connectors with the cleaning agent, visually inspected the eps, and even put power directly to the power steering motor. When I put the power to the motor directly the motor moved the wheels back and forth. I even hooked up my computer to my car but it didn't give me any codes besides P2259. Is there a special way to ready the codes from the eps? What do yall think the problem is?

Hint: DIY: Power Steering Connector Cleaning with pics. P2259 is your solenoid, clean the terminal or replace it with a new one. Again, just SEARCH!
