Hey.
Just wondering if anyone knows whats wrong with my 04 RX8 manual. At about 7-9k I get oily smoke out the exhaust and a loss of power. Low revs it seems fine. I had a major service about 2k ago. Done about 47k in total. oil temp and pressure are fine as is the oil level and coolant. When I topped my oil up there was a lot more white gunk than usual.
any advice is welcome.

Sounds like a clogged cat.

"Oily smoke" is usually thick and blue and smells like - oil.....are you sure it wasn't black, indicating a very rich mixture?

na, definatly not black, it stinks of oil as well
