Power Door Locks Fuse - Short?

Power Door Locks Fuse - Short?
I have a 2005 Mazda Rx8 Shinka with approx. 45k miles on it and recently I discovered that the Main Fuse in the Engine Compartment had been replaced with a 80amp instead of a 120amp. I spent weeks hunting down this issue when it finally blew. now I have got my car running again, my power door locks fuse keeps blowing every time I replace it. I understand that there is a short somewhere, but could this possibly be related, or just a coincidence? Both the Main 80amp and the Power Door Locks 30amp blew at the same time.
Any ideas Would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Scott
Update-
So it turns out that even without a fuse in the panel, there is something still going on. When I press the power door locks switch, i can hear a distinctive "click" over by the passenger side. possibly under the glove box. If I open the door and manually flip the lock switch, it activates a constant clicking as if the blinkers were on.
Any ideas?
