Hey guys! Ok so I'm changing out all my coils, wires and plugs for the very first time since I really don't want to spend any money on dealership for a tune up, AND my problem is, as I'm changing out my old wires to my new OEM ones, I notice that my old wires doesn't say much on them! No numbers or letters(weird right?) and of course there's 2 long ones and 2 shorts ones. Obviously it looks easy to match up the wires size right. Well on my new wires my first 2 long ones has a number on it. first one say 8k and the second one is 2k. On my short wire the first one say Q7 and other is Q6. NOW, my question is does anyone know which wires come first to last? Or which goes where? any advice will really much appreciated! Thanks!

 

There's a wire diagram if you Google for rx8 spark plug wires in the image section. The only difference is the length as far as I know. There shouldn't be any difference in current in any of them. Make sure you're connection the right plugs to the coils though according to the diagram. I labelled mine with chalk when i did it.

 

Follow this order, regardless of what they may say. They are all the same internally.
