FL Partial Cluster turns on

So Ive been trying to get my car started which is a different story. So aside from that, my cluster stopped working. By accident looking through the wires by the ECU I pulled the plug that has a lever on it inside the ecu location box. I am guessing that is the body harness plug.

I put it back on and boom my cluster is out so I checked the fuses and the meter fuse was out, replaced that and still nothing.

Did my car go in some sort of mode? I even purchased another working cluster and same thing is going on. Has this happen to anyone before?

Have you checked the ROOM fuse in the interior fuse panel?
