Could this be my reason for my crank but no start problem? i can take videos and pictures if necessary.

Could be. Try doing the E Shaft profile reset procedure. Check out 'solution #3' here:

i did it. no luck. the car tries to start just doesn't turn over. although i get those codes i don't think its the reason

 

Is your battery healthy? A bad battery would constantly throw the eshaft profile out of whack.

Also, was your MAF replaced? Cleaned? Properly reinstalled?

 

figures out my crankshaft position sensor which has a different name for rx8 was positioned facing the wrong way. but by time i fixed that i blew my starter trying to deflood. yup sob story for days trust me. well hopefully i pop a new starter in and my car starts.
