mine was 1 quart every 1700 - 2000 miles on my first engine (2 1/2 years old)...new engine seems to be the same though.
it also depends on how you drive the car....if you do high rev's a lot you will burn more oil....i'm no tsure how much more though...sorry i couldn't be more help.

Rotary Crawfish
To add my op-ed, as a design of the engine it will use oil to lube the rotors and seals.
There is a metering pump that regulates the amount injected and hence injects more oil at higher throttle openings.
I haven't had to add oil yet on 2 fill ups, not flogging it yet either.

2.5l each time you toped it off...that is a lot of oil to add. so 5l (which is what about 5.3 quarts) total....wow i don't get close to that in that mileage you must drive you car really hard....so all in all you add a quart about every 1180 miles. hmm......i dunno if that is in the uh oh catigory or not....but i think if you do 1 quart every 1k - 1.5k miles you are okay (depending on driving habits)...so after my long bable i've decided you are okay. LOL
