No signal to L1 and T1 coil pack, running on one rotor

I just swapped a used engine into my RX8 yesterday. The previous engine blew out a coolant seal into the front rotor chamber.

The car would run even with the coolant leak, then during the last two weeks of its life, the front rotor chamber would only misfire, no combustion.

I get the new engine in, everything is buckled down tight, new coils and plugs are used.

Start the car, and still, different engine, front rotor chamber misfiring. I pulled the coils off L1 and T1 and the car still ran the same, I assumed possible bad coils, so I swapped the coils from the front to the rear and they are working fine.

I am apparently getting no spark signal for the front chambers coils. Resistance test from Green L1 wire and White T1 wire show there are no breaks from the ECU to the coil.

Crankshaft sensor is connected tight and seems clean, teeth on gear seem clean as well, just in case that matters

Any clues as to what I should do?

Pinched wires likely

Or check the ecu connectors

I wiggled wires around from the coils all the way to the ECU. I unplugged the connectors at the ECU and examined everything, then securely plugged everything back in.

No Change.

Does anyone know what signal runs from ECU to Coil? I'm assuming 12V ?

PROBLEM SOLVED:

installed all of the components checked voltage (while cranking) across all four coils on the blk/wht and had voltage. checked ohm readings again from all coils and didn't read anything on the green, and the white L1 and T1.

Checked the ecu connection one more time and it appears that whatever technician installed an engine before, had broken the retaining clip at the ECU for that plug only. It wasn't making a full connection.

I adjusted the wires in a way to ensure pressure toward the ECU and no pulling. Car is now running.

I've actually go another plug from the other engine, I'll just have to take some time to pull the pins and swap it. Perhaps next week. Today I have to work on solving all the indicator lights that have popped up:

-battery light
-radiator symbol
-SRS
-CK engine
