MI New RX8 Owner, having issues

Hello, I apologize heavily for making an entire new thread with questions that are 10 times out of 9 answered, but I really want some personal advice from you guys n gals.

I just bought an 8, and initially, it was amazing, a beast on the road, and I felt like yelling when I hit the highway.
However, it is used, I did buy it from a big dealer in southfield Michigan, and I am noticing some issues.
After reving over and over, my take off stalls. Sometimes it doesnt even like going pass 52 mph.
When this happens it becomes difficult to hit the breaks, I hit them as i normally would, but the car keeps rolling and the brake pad feels like its resisting.
I thought, maybe im reving it to much? But many say its healthy to even red line a rotary engine once a day in the least, and that reving is how they work since it is a rotary engine, and its a smaller engine.

Lets say I start the car (by the way I am aware i need to replace my starter, its an 05), when i start it, it starts fine, does lag a bit, just a bit not alot at first start of the day. If I drive and accel slowly/gradually, I feel a good PULL when I hit the gas. But if I try to accelerate any harder than soft, and i mean soft o-o, a few accels later it will not pull as well as the first pull.

Im sure you all know what I mean by pull, that feeling you get when you hit the pedal and its showing some resist, and the car just takes forward without much push from you. But that feeling leaves sooner or later.
I really do not like not being able to rev my engine and get a good rush out of my car, ive done this for years in none-moded manufactured vehicles and they never had this issue.

Also, recently, I was at half tank regular unleaded gas, and i noticed my cap sais supreme, so i filled the rest with supreme. After that I did notice a bit of increase in the performance, (and i know this shouldnt relate), but my steering isnt as instant as yesterday. Normally when i even nudge the wheel my tires turn, now it feels a bit laggish. And I do hear a bit of a -cluck- when first backing out of my drive way.

LONG STORY SHORT!!!:
Does not accel the same all the time
a clucking noise when i pull out (but not while driving)

A friend replaced my battery cable ends and i do notice just a slight change in performance.
After reading multiple threads here, Ive become concerned with my coils, plugs, and maybe even the alternator.

Again I apologize for asking questions that are answered,
if you have links to other threads that would be your answer please post those links, any help before going to any mechanic will be highly appreciated.
I truly respect the opinions of the members of this forum (when they are in the mood to tolerate noobs). I plan on taking the most care of this car for as long as I possibly can.

Again: it is an 05, AT.

A) If your power assist on your steering is cutting in and out, then the quick and easy check is to disconnect and thoroughly clean the battery terminals and clamps. Reconnect and see if it's still doing it. Power steering draws enough power that poor battery connections can give it trouble. If that doesn't clear it, remove the air filter box and below that attached to the radiator fans in the top middle is the power steering connectors. Disconnect them and thoroughly clean them with an appropriate electrical contact cleaner. Reconnect and see if the problem persists. 99% of power steering problems are one of these two.

B) You almost certainly have a vacuum leak, probably in the line that goes to your brake master cylinder, though it could be quite a few other places. Might be obvious, might not. Lots of home methods for finding a vacuum leak if you hunt for them (any car, not just ours)

C) Also possible that you have a clogged cat, restricting exhaust flow and throttling your ability to make power.

D) If you are reving it to redline in neutral, yes that is generally bad. All you are doing is creating lots of heat, and you don't have any air flow to keep it cool, and you don't have any real amount of air flowing into the engine for the high VE that helps keep carbon clear. Full throttle under load, in gear, is what we refer to.

E) Using 87 is really not recommended. It was designed for 91+, though many engines can take 89 without too much of a complaint. You will certainly have issues with 87.

F) No idea what you mean by "when i pull out (but not while driving)" Is this meaning when you have sex and she doesn't want to get pregnant?
