Can anyone help me understand why I am getting these error codes?


So far I have changed:

New Coils
New Coil Wires
New set of Spark Plugs
2nd hard fuel pump

I am getting P0352, P0351






Please help

 

Is your Check Engine Light currently on? Have you tried erasing said codes, since your repairs?

 

Are you boosted?
How about a little about your car, like what mods you have?

 

According to other threads those codes are not even legit. Your scanner may not be working properly with the rx8 for some reason because those codes are not even listed anywhere. Are you having any actual issues, or only the codes? Also what ignition wires did you go with?

 

I have swapped the coils around to see if it makes any difference but nope.. I am running Bosch coil wire,
Went for a short drive car seem to be normal although engine is shaking at idle..
The engine light does come on after 2nd start. I have cleared the code from the scanner as well as disconnect battery no difference..
Also getting C0700 code now?? wtf..

Car is running Greddy Turbo (emanage blue)
Catless exhaust system
No other mods.

Like I said maybe try another scanner, because that one may not be communicating properly with your car. That was the general consensus from the thread I linked, but you can check around also.

 

You are running a turbo with Emanagle blue and your only worry is that you are getting Cels ? Lighten up man and be glad you haven't blown your engine ............. Yet .

 

I was already waiting for someone pointing to the eManage blue

 

Not strictly caused by eMangle, JDM with non-stock coils trigger these codes.

I have stock 2004 rx8.
a week ago, light on check on dashboard.
I checked this by obd scanner 2 and many other scanner and they show P0351. I tested Coils, Coil Wires and Spark Plugs there are ok but Spark Plugs have some dammage. today I just changed Spark Plugs with NGK Laser Iridium Spark Plugs RE7CL RE9BT
and now obd scanner showed me P0352, P0351.
so what problem is it?

I presume that you have a JDM car? It sounds like this is an issue with JDM ecu's

 

Hey everyone..
I installed BHR coils and wires in my 8 yesterday. They are working really well but after a while an engine check light came on which won't go. Even after resetting it reappears after a while. I scanned it and the code says "Status ff (above maximum threshold)"
It's a JDM model.

 

Is Cobb access port of any help here.
And btw let me clear it up to everyone. BHR doesn't fail to impress. Surpassed my expectation and I'm in love with it. I don't think I'll prefer any ignition kit over it.

 

On the dashboards appeared checks lights:P0351 , P0352. Because of this I've changed ignition coil, ignition coil wire and spark plug but check is still appairs.
After start on rpm 1000 - 2000 engine has strange voise.
After start while engine is cold exhaust smoke is strangely much and white.
Check out engine sound while music starts in my first video.
In second video after release acceleration pedal you can hear strange sound and smoke is also too much.
Also car has slightly less power.
Please help me..
