Mis-Fire problem
^I ruled out the cat long ago...the thing that gets me is, I actually was in the shop the last time I brought it in for misfiring and watched the plugs, coils, and wires get swapped out and as soon as we turned the engine over the datalogger picked up misfires almost immediately. And this was after the new PCM was installed and had about 100 miles driven on it...we checked the coils with a fluke meter and they were showing readings much higher than allowed.
Still at a loss...I'm hoping once I do my LS2 coil swap/relocation things will get better.

It sounds to me like a trigger problem...that's really all that's left...so either a wiring harness issue or the trigger wheel or the sensor ? ? ?
That's my take also, trigger wheel is fine. I've swapped out the sensor also...haven't checked wiring though. I am gonna try the spacing thing you were talking about though and then go back in to the dealer and have them give me new plugs and coils to see if it fixes it.
It misses throughout the entire RPM range...can hear it at idle don't really feel it at WOT. I just dyno'd the car too, and looking at the graph you can't really tell either except toward the high RPM's, but I think that's more of the rev limiter than anything else...it has a very smooth curve but as soon as you hook up the datalogger it is unmistakable. The last time I brought it in, it had 97 misfires in the rear rotor and about half as much in the front as soon we started it up and let in run a couple minutes. The misses keep climbing too...swapped plugs and coil and it missed on occasion but barely made it thru the test drive before it started missing like before. Here's the dyno graph...

Hey man, don't give up. There are a few of us that are interested in what's going on we'll get it sooner or later. Make sure once you start noticing the misfires take the car back in and make the dealer replace your plugs and coils under part warranty, you ain't gotta pay for nothing.
