Now I have read the threads on this specific topic, I see where some people say it is normal and some people say it is not. Where is the line, just need some help guys.

I went to get my oil changed (same spot i always go to). This time the dip stick was covered in white milky foamish things and the guy told me to go and get it checked out. Now I still have a warranty on the car for another 4k miles but I don't want to waste $100 ona diagnostic if there is nothing wrong with the car.
