loud rasp out of nowhere?

hey guys i've had a turboxs catback and racepipe for about a month now and it has worked perfectly until today. i took my car out for lunch and it was fine but when i got out of work i started hearing this rasp coming from the underside and i almost a hundred percent sure its the racepipe. i usually hear it when giving some gas, it even got me pulled over tonight but i BS'ed my way out of a ticket and then i got a state trooper on my *** and im getting sick of it. from my search i think it needs a new gasket but its only been a month. any suggestions?

the pipe just got broken in is all that's more than likely the sound unless you a leak somewhere

ive already put on at least a thousnd miles so im not sure about it just getting broken in, and what could have caused the leak? it was fine on the drive back from lunch then it started rasping on the startup 6 hours later. it sounds like a leak of some sort too, like as if air was escaping from somewhere. maybe a burned o2?

not on startup but it eventually got up to temp on the way home since i hit the highway. ive started it up countless times since then and every time i drive i still hear the rasp.its very annoying and increases my chances of getting pulled over

ok so i just checked and i was pretty low on coolant, not sure if that should make a dif but my only guess is that i burned off the o2 sensor because it never made this sound before and it sounds like air is escaping from somewhere. any chance a chipmunk could have done some damage? where i work we have some chipmunks around, especially right next to my parking spot.

just checked the o2 and its on there perfectly, but i did find a o2 hole further back near the muffler and unless there are 3 holes than i think the plug came out somehow because i remember plugging a hole with the plug supplied and putting the o2 in the other.
