My wife's new 2004 RX8 (manual) exhibits a relatively high-pitched whine when running at or near highway speeds. It isn't exceedingly loud, but it is noticeable enough to bug the heck out of you. Thing is it comes and goes. Might be there for 3 or 4 seconds, go away for 2 or 3 and then return. Also, it still does it when the clutch is in. Anyone else seeing this?
