Injection system malfunction and Misfire cylinder 2

I have a 2004 Mazda Rx-8 with around 43,000 miles on it. For the past couple days it has been acting strange under acceleration and stuttering when the throttle is applied. Also the car is having a hard time maintaining speed via the cruise control. The car seems to have a lack of power and the problem gets worse the further up you go in the rpm range. The title of this thread is the codes I got when I pulled the codes from the OBDII port. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks in advance for your help.

Check the spark plugs, do you still have the plugs from day one??

No, I purchased the vehicle used, so I am not sure if the original ones are still in the vehicle. Will the spark plugs cause it to throw and injection code?? I figured that would be more ignition as I thought it was the spark plugs till I saw that.
