ignition lock

Well after a couple months I have finished my turbo install. Start the car up and it runs great. So I shut it off to put all the body parts back on it. Once I finished I pushed the car out of the garage to wash it. Car looks good and am excited to drive it and when I go to start it the ignition light blinks at me and beeps 3 times. I tried a couple times and still won't turn over. I unplug the battery for a few minutes and still nothing. I checked the ignition fuses and still good. I unplugged the ignition relay and all looks OK. I tried plugging in my access port and I can't connect. Anybody have any ideas of what could be wrong? Could it just lose its memory and need to be reprogrammed?

make sure the ecu/pcm is connected properly and you have no "pinched" wires

I got it. I was dumb and checked all the fuses but the engine fuse which was the problem. Now I just have to figure out why it blew.
