high pitch whistle after removing throttle body

I removed my throttle body to polish it, (outside only). Now every time I'm at partial throttle I hear a high pitch whistle coming from the engine bay when I have the windows rolled down. I've checked the throttle body and even replaced the o-ring but it still makes the noise when I'm accelerating. I cannot duplicate the noise by revving the engine at idle so I have no idea what it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You probably have a vacuum leak causing the noise. Try checking around the TB for a loose/misaligned connection or a vacuum line that wasn't reattached.

The only hoses that were disconnected was one for the coolant and the other one was for fuel I think. No other hoses were disconnected. Where is the vacuum hose?

Whistling noises are usually caused by either the Jet-Air hose or OMP vent hose being not properly reconnected to the accordion hose (the white ones in DarkBrew's illustration). Make sure the black elbow fittings are not cracked/broken, too.

My bad, so I can duplicate the noise by revving at idle but everything looks secure. I think it might be leaking from behind the UIM and I have no idea how to get behind that. I hope you guys can help or I might have to make a stop by the stealership. There is no check engine light and the car seems to run fine but I'm starting to get annoyed by the sound. It's sounding almost like a fake bov.

Check all the vacuum hoses near the throttle body since that was the last place you touched.
My guess is that you affected either something on the accordion tube or the vacuum nipple on the UIM for VFAD

Do you have a stock intake?
If no, there is a nipple under the TB that needs to be capped. It could be cracked.

I believe that's the orange line that goes to the VFAD. The VFAD will be removed if you have an aftermarket intake.

No my intake isn't stock. I capped the nipple already. The two hoses on the accordion seem to be ok. There is a little bit of play in one of them, as in it rotates a little but I'm not sure. I'll have to take it to the dealership and probably get those replaced; who knows.

Like I said it could be cracked.
Mix Dawn soap in a spary bottle.

Spray the TB cap and the lines.

Look for bubbles

Two? What happened to the third hole on the acordion tube?
