It sounds like your starter is running slow. Is your battery new? Is this the original starter? The starter was upgraded free in a "TSB". Look at the Part # and compare. The new starter turns faster so the compress is higher and it starts sooner. Search on here it's been talked about over and over.

I agree with Old Rotor but would like to ask when were the coils, plugs and wires replaced?

About the same as what I'm experiencing on hot starts with the old starter and cold plugs (for turbo)+ possibly lowish compression.

Is that video of a cold start or hot start ?

it was a cold start but it does it no matter if i just turned it off or if its in the morning...does the engine replace warranty cover the coils and plugs and wires?
im gonna go look at the papers to see if they did...
is the starter a new or upgraded one its a n3z2 (4matic)
are the starters different for manual than automatic?

No

Upgrade

Yes

Check and clean your battery and connections but it's probably time to replace the plugs, coils and wires.
