Okay both of you were correct but it wasn't the plug wires it was at the MS harness... firing order is correct now and it is still stalling out. We did the footstomp on the brake pedal but some say that is not good enough, but I will now disconnect the battery to see if this fixes it. It helped this guy.

Pull ROOM fuse; bottom fuse of the inside fuse panel.
Then do the brake pedal "chicken dance".
Have the fuel injection wires ever been removed?

Thanks for the reply Rote8
I will pull the ROOM fuse as soon as I get her deflooded then I will do the the break chicken dance. I have done the chicken dance before but not the ROOM fuse.
I have not removed the fuel injector wires and I bought it from another guy that had the car completely stock. I removed the fuel pump because I thought it was going bad and swapped it out with a good one but it was not the problem.
