Hello fellow Rx8 Enthusiasts,

My Rx8 has been showing signs of an exhaust leak and i recently found exactly where is has been happening.

I just need the part number for the gasket that goes here.... the exact place is shown here.... a part number or a specific location phrase would be very helpful so i can order it directly from Mazda

Hey,

When putting in a new exahust gasket, do you need any type of grease or lube?

Or do you just pop out the old one, put in the new one, and tighten till it hurts?

 

^^ as above..there is a heat activated sealant of some type on the gasket...
