hey guys. just purchased a 05 WWP MT rx8 with 55k miles. when you shift at low rpms is smooth as can be. once you get into the high rpms like 7k+ it shorta grinds when shifting from 3rd to 4th and so on. If i let the rpms fall it shifts perfectly. Is it my transmission fluid that needs to be change?

 

issue has already been discussed, you need to replace the transmission fluid to a high performance one like redline or amsoil.

Once replaced, give it around a 100 miles for the fluid to break in and notice the change.
