Gear Oil Leaking, Cannot See Where It's Coming From

Alright guys, for the past month the nearest Mazda dealership had my car for my transmission issues (couldn't downshift into 2nd w/o grinding).

Well I changed my oil yesterday and saw that my powerplant frame was wet. I touched it and sure enough it was gear oil.

Well I drove the car again after drying it all up and last night I came to find that it was wet again. It's obviously not totally leaking because everytime I've parked I haven't left any drops or anything.

My initial thought is that the driveshaft is not in all the way.

What do you guys/girls think?

if the rear yoke is just above the wet area that is the likely culprit....

can't seem to isolate the problem or source of leak???
then go to the local parts store and buy some dye and a black light. add to the one you feel most is likely having the leak, and then check with the light after driving.
