BC Flooded FIXED! however start/CEL Problem

Hello,
Thx to you guys help and search, I fixed my flooded engine.
It took me long time to fix it.
However I fixed finally.
I let the engine run for about 40mins.
However there are two more problems to solve now.
First, My CEL came on. I don't know why.
What could it be???
Does anybody know the CEL came on??
Second, my car won't start without me stepping on the little bit of gas.
I think its the starter problem, since my starter sounds weird now after me trying to start my engine many times to fix the flooding engine.
Well, it's not updated starter so i should've changed it long time ago.
Is the slow starting problem because of the starter? or is it something else?
Please help me fix these two issues: CEL after flooded engine/long start problem.

It may re-appear in a couple of days.

If the starting doesn't get better, you may have a vacuum leak - did you take any hoses off?

i did not take any hose off.
I think the starting problem is my starter.
I think i fried my starter when I was trying to start my engine after it got flooded.
I will post any message if it re-appear in a couple of days.

You should not crank the motor over for more than 10 seconds at a time if you want your starter to live long and prosper ......
