My ESS is fine, my plugs were working good since i installed them(june) never had that problem before but still misfiring and i was also with oem plugs.

the fuel pump mainly resolved my problem, so i was on a good track and it was my local mecanic who told me to change my pump.

i dont have the stock intake, i have the mazdaspeed intake so make working in engine bay a breeze. trust me i tried to get this bummer(ESS) out. but it was just to make sure it was ok and to clean it that i wanted to pull it out. I cleaned its face(only exposed part of the ESS) and again, im pretty sure its not the problem, if it was, i would have trouble at any rpm and its not the case.
