DRL Diagnosis

Driver side DRL is not working yet both high beams work, meaning it is not a burnt bulb.

Where should I begin? E-brake? Relays?

Thanks

Likely the DRL module..it's a bunch of relays that aren't replacable easily ( soldered)

The module is under passenger side dash.....

Is there a DRL module for each headlight side? Can only one side stop working with a DRL module?

What color is the module and does it have any specific markings?

Still working on this problem but now the high beams stopped working on the passenger side. It is not the bulb because I tried replacing the bulb with a brand new one.

I measure voltage to the high beam connector and got around 3-4 Volts. Symptom of a bad DRL module or something else?
