So the first drive after installing wheel spacers, all my dash lights illuminated but the car has NO loss of power. I don't think it should have anything to do with the wheel spacers but it's a crazy coincidence. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Here's a picture

 

Okay so I think it has to do with the traction control because if i start the car and immediately turn off traction control (what i normally do) the lights never appear. But if i start the car and leave TC on, all the lights will appear within minutes. I just had an aligment done, could it be that the shop messed something up? Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated
