I was driving on the interstate when I heard a pop snap sound like I ran over something. Then I can hear air in the engine bay like an air compressor sound and a slight exuast smell. Guages remained normal. I feathered the gas to get off the freeway to a parking lot at a stop light I did stall. I started it again to get it into the parking lot. Had it towed to the nearest Mazda service center. Unfortunatly it doesnt open till tommorrow. I was just wondering from those out there more knowledgable about cars.

Does this sound like a busted hose or something bigger??

 

Most hoses have coolant in them .....but you may have blown out the air pump plumbing to give you an exhaust leak. Unless you have a turbo there is no pressurized airflow

 

Blew a spark plug. Its gonna cost me 350.00 to get my baby back
